Mono-Lattice Masts

Tree Masts
In response to the growing need for telecommunication infrastructure in densely populated areas—where Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) regulations often limit traditional masts—we have pioneered a range of camouflaged structures. Designed to blend effortlessly into urban environments, these innovative solutions provide seamless connectivity without compromising aesthetics.
As early as the late 1980s, we recognized the demand for visually appealing telecom solutions, becoming the first South African manufacturer to introduce camouflaged structures. Today, we continue to set the industry standard for urban-friendly telecommunications, ensuring both performance and architectural harmony.
Spine Masts
Sectional Poles offers economical and transportable Lamppost-style Spine Masts. These poles accommodate one or two operators.
Dome Masts

Rapid-Deployment Masts
RDS towers are available in heights up to 36m, which accommodates one to three operators. Designed & manufactured for re-deployment and mobility.
Fencing
Streamline Your Order with Security Fencing
When purchasing your telecommunication structure from Sectional Poles, you can conveniently include security fencing in the same order. Our lightweight, easily transportable fencing can be collected or delivered alongside the structure’s hold-down bolts, allowing for early site security during construction. Made from high-quality, hot-dipped galvanized steel, our fencing is built to withstand harsh weather conditions, ensuring long-lasting durability.
Floodlight Masts
Preferred product for stadium and field lighting. Height range 6m to 45m. Lights are installed on fixed mounting frames.
Specifications:
- Round continuous tapered design.
- Masts are fitted with access ladders.
- The landings (platforms) of square or circular design, are fitted with a trapdoor to provide safe access from the ladder.
Highlight Masts
Preferred product for large area lighting such as suburban, township lighting and harbour lighting. Height range 15m to 40m. Lights are installed on a circular ring that is mechanically hoisted up the mast for easy maintenance access.
Specifications:
- Round continuous tapered design.
- Specially designed mounting rings are supplied to support equipment.
- The mounting rings are suspended by stainless steel wire ropes.
- Raising/lowering gear is accessible through a high security door.
- Lowering operation is performed by attaching a winch and power tool.
Scissor Masts
Ideal Solution for Road and Highway Lighting
With a height range of 10m to 25m, this product is specifically designed for road and highway lighting. It offers multiple mounting options to accommodate various lighting configurations.
Specifications:
- Design: Octagonal, continuously tapered structure.
- Construction: Comprises two enclosed bottom sections and a single top section.
- Functionality: One bottom section remains fixed, while the other pivots to lower the top-mounted equipment for easy access.
- Safety & Ease of Use: Integrated internal counterweights ensure a smooth, controlled descent, enabling effortless manual operation.
Street Lighting & Camera Poles
With a height range of 2m to 15m, this lightweight yet durable pole is designed to support a variety of lights and fittings. We provide a full range of mounting accessories, including luminaires, outreach arms, spigots, and electrical components.
Installation options include direct embedding into the ground, flange bolting onto stub sections, or securing to concrete foundations. Additionally, our range includes poles with hinged bases for easy maintenance.
Our factory is equipped with advanced 4-stage swaging machines for precise swaging, and we also manufacture weld-in tapered poles as an alternative solution.
Mid-Hinged Pole
Height range: 6m to 20m.
We developed this intermediate mast specifically for the transitional lighting market, where higher load capacity is needed than a standard streetlight pole can provide, yet at a more affordable price than large-area lighting solutions. This versatile mast offers multiple mounting options, ensures safe and convenient maintenance access, and is available at a highly competitive price.
These poles feature hollow circular top sections with connecting hinges and square hollow bottom sections. Internal counterweights are integrated to ensure a smooth, controlled descent, allowing for effortless and safe manual operation.
